The Barrington Pointe condominium development is comprised of six (6) separate buildings with five (5) of the buildings located on Fortress Way and one (1) building situated on Overlook Drive. Each building is generally configured with eight (8) individual condominium units with four (4) distinctly different floorplans varying from single story to three story living areas:
“A” Unit (The Andover) – 1 ½ Story, 2 B/R, 2 ½ Bath, Loft, F/P, Bay-Window, Deck, and 1-Car Garage with automatic garage door; approximately 1590 sq. ft.
“B” Unit (The Bristol) – 3 Story, 2 B/R, 2 ½ Bath, 2-story L/R, Loft, F/P, Deck, and 1-Car Garage with automatic garage door; approximately 1890 sq. ft.
“C” Unit (The Colby) – 1 ½ Story, 3 B/R, 3 Bath, F/P, Expanded Deck, 2 ea On-Street Reserved Parking Spaces; approximately 1625 sq. ft.
“D” Unit (The Dartmouth) – 1 Story, 2 B/R, 2 ½ Bath, F/P, Patio (or Deck), 2 ea On-Street Reserved Parking Spaces; approximately 1710 sq. ft.
Occoquan Pointe, the sister condominium development, is comprised of nine (9) buildings with only one (1) building located on Fortress Way. The remaining eight (8) buildings are situated on Overlook Drive. The Barrington Pointe condominium buildings are distinguished by their flagstone chimneys and gray siding. The Clubhouse and adjacent outdoor pool for both Barrington Pointe and Occoquan Pointe use is conveniently located at 435 Fortress Way (between buildings #2 and #3). Residents of both communities (and their guests) are afforded clubhouse and swimming pool privileges. Guests are required to be accompanied at the pool, at all times, by the owner/resident. A life guard is on duty during daytime operating hours for the pool season (generally Memorial Day through Labor Day). Designated Visitor Parking is afforded throughout both condominium developments with 3 visitor parking spaces located immediately in front of the Clubhouse.
Each of the condominium developments are governed by separate Homeowner’s Associations (HOA) and a separate Board of Directors. The Barrington Pointe HOA Board of Directors is comprised of five (5) members elected for “staggered” two-year terms with the following defined positions:
On-going operations of the Barrington Pointe HOA are managed by a designated Property Manager employed by a Property Management Company under annual contract with the BP HOA.
